All prices listed on our website include standard shipping and handling. Some other distributors will list a good price for a part and then jack up the total by charging a rediculous shipping and handling charge! That is not going to happen with us. When you see a price listed for a part you know that is exactly what you are going to pay. Additionally in order to stay true to our no-surprises listed price policy we will not add sales tax to any purchase. We will pay your sales tax (as applicable for Arizona Residents only).

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS, and our shipments originate from Casa Grande, Arizona (85222). Standard shipping as included in the listed pricing is for UPS Ground® and does not include insurance. Damage during shipping is an issue for which the shipping carrier is solely responsible. If you require insurance to protect against damage losses please select the insurance option at the bottom of the parts purchasing page when you place your order. If you receive a shipment that contains items damaged during shipping please immediately contact the shipping carrier and then EMAIL US so that we can help resolve the damage issue. Sometimes even without insurance the carrier will reimburse a loss if it is obvoius the damage occured during shipping.

We understand that you may need to receive your air conditioning parts faster than standard UPS Ground® shipping can deliver them. Standard ground shipping is included in the price of your part at no additional charge, however faster shipping options are available including UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS 3 Day Select®. At the bottom of each parts purchasing page you will see these additional upgraded shipping options. Our shipping policy is to ship all in-stock orders the same day you order them as long as the order is placed before 1 PM MST. Orders for in-stock items placed on a Sunday, a holiday, or after 1 PM MST Monday-Saturday will be shipped the following business day. Most non-stock items (excluding special orders) will ship the following business day if ordered before 1 PM MST.
