This air conditioning parts website is a division of Heating & Air Distributors LLC. We are an independant wholesale / retail parts distribution company. We have no affiliation whatsoever to any equipment, parts, or unit manufacturer. Our parts distribution center is located in Pinal County, Arizona. We are strictly an internet based company, and as such we do not have a facility for you to visit us and conduct business activities in person. All of our transactions and communications are conducted directly via the internet. A traditional company has secretaries that greet customers, representatives that answer phones, sales personnel, fancy offices, air conditioned show rooms, and other substantial expenses that just end up costing the customer more. We don’t have those expenses because we believe those things aren't necessary for our business. We believe that internet based ordering is the future of marketing. Even big companies that once traditionally only sold their merchandise through expensive storefront locations are now selling on the internet, shipping directly from warehouse to the consumer without any direct interaction between the seller and the buyer. Internet marketing has become a multi billion dollar phenomenon involving nearly every industry and will surely continue to grow. While it is necessary in some cases to deal with live people through phone conversations and by visiting stores in person, the plain fact is that those things cost a lot of money and aren't really needed to transact sales of HVAC parts. We don’t have those things are we are able to pass savings on to you, the customer.
